Hi Kristan! Thanks! My little blog is definitely a work in progress...I don't post as often as I would like, but I do hope you'll stop back! I haven't calculated the WWP or NI on all the recipes I've posted so far. My goal is to update those posts eventually once I take the time to figure them out.

Best wishes to you on your WW journey. I'm struggling right now, but I did reach my goal weight once so I can tell you that the program does work.

Healthy Cooking is published by Reiman Publications. It was formerly called Light & Tasty. I believe Reiman is out of WI? Anyway, their main website is www.tasteofhome.com and specifically Healthy Cooking can be found at www.tasteofhome.com/Healthy-Cooking-Magazine. Some of their web content is for subscribers only, but I believe a lot of stuff is available to the public. I'm pretty sure you can also request a free issue if you'd like to check it out.

Thanks for stopping by (and for being my first official commenter - how exciting!). :) I hope you'll find my little project useful!

Angela,
I just found your blog via the WW message boards. Great job. I see a few I'd like to try this weekend. Just starting WW and looking for healthy recipes. I will check back often.
Im also going to look for the healthy cooking mag. Haven't seen it here in Ma. Do they have a web site?

thanks again for the recipes.
