Pumpkin Butter

  • 16 ounces canned pumpkin
  • 1 C brown sugar
  • 1/2 C sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • dash of salt

Combine all ingredients in a small pan and heat on the stove top.  Store in a covered container in the refrigerator.
