This recipe is adapted from the August/September 2011 issue of Taste of Home magazine. I like trying meatloaf recipes and this one did not disappoint. It is one of the most flavorful meatloaf recipes I’ve ever had.

This recipe came from a Jell-O & Cool Whip recipe magazine I picked up at the store. What’s better than chocolate and peanut butter?
This recipe was in the April/May 2011 issue of Simple & Delicious. I changed it up a bit and was happy with how it turned out. I love how the tortillas come out in this…it’s sort of like a Mexican lasagna!
Growing up, cabbage rolls (AKA “pigs in a blanket”) were a norm at our house. Love them! Once I got older I finally realized it takes an awful lot of effort to make them…so I was thrilled to find this recipe for a “lazy” version in a local cookbook. I love that it tastes great, is low-cal, and provides yummy leftovers for work lunches!
I found this recipe at the Betty Crocker site. Delicious! They’re a great alternative for get-togethers around the campfire when you don’t want to deal with the hassle of assembling s’mores.
I found a recipe for Root Beer Float Cake at restlesschipotle.com and adapted it just a bit. I wasn’t a big fan of the cake (turned out quite dry and not very root beer-y), but the frosting was delicious! I decided from now on I’ll make it with a plain white cake.
I found this recipe in Simple & Delicious and slightly adapted it. I often buy the refrigerated barbecue pork because it tastes great and makes a quick and easy meal, so I was happy to find another use for it. This is another quick and easy recipe that has great results.
I came across this recipe on the Taste of Home website and adapted it just a bit. It’s extremely quick and easy to make and it tastes great as well. The pina colada mix makes it unique from other fruit salad recipes.
I used to work in the bakery of a grocery store and was thrilled when the deli manager at the time shared her delicious Sloppy Joe recipe with me. This recipe can easily be doubled, tripled, etc. for larger groups.
This recipe is from the April/May 2008 issue of Healthy Cooking magazine. It’s so good and so extremely easy to make! The serving possibilities are endless – angel food cake, ice cream, pancakes…
